Did you know that the snack food industry is a multi-billion dollar money making machine? You read that correctly. Snack food companies are making billions of dollars every year from people just like you and me. They know we all want our snacks and they know the perfect time to show their commercials. Why do you think that there is a whole aisle dedicated to snack foods at the grocery store? PEOPLE LOVE TO SNACK!

We have all been a victim at one time or another of something that I like to call a "SNACK ATTACK" and now you must fight back if you want to look thinner!

Snacks can lead to undesired belly fat!

Here's why!

  • Most snacks are nothing but empty calories
  • Snack foods are comfort foods.
  • Snacking can lead to overeating.
  • You snack while you watch TV.
  • You snack while you are on the phone.

These are just a few reasons most snack foods can make the pounds really add up. You munch and munch and the next thing you know you have ateen a whole bag of your favorite salty snack and you are still hungry! That's the empty calories hard at work. They are hard at work storing fat in all the places that you do not want it.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients on your favorite snacks? They are full of all kinds of things that I can not even pronounce! What the heck is this stuff? I do know one thing. All of these snacks really add up the pounds!
